What is a “Blind Auction”?
It is as straightforward as extending to us the offer you find most advantageous.

If you are the highest bidder, we will contact you.

⦁    Blind auctions allow users to hide the bid placed on the vehicle. That is to say, no user knows the bid placed by the other person at any time, but only has access to the bid placed for the product.
⦁    This way of operating blind auctions is very favorable for users, since prices are hardly inflated and any economic amount, however small, can be bid. In this way, users have access to a market with much fairer prices, in which any type of person can participate. The values of Sky Online Auction are based on honesty, respect and ethics in order to build a notorious community of users, which favors relationships of trust. A different auction model that has had great success in countries such as the United States, and is currently available through the Internet on the Sky Online Auction website.
⦁    Our primary objective at Sky Online Auction is to become the premier platform for vehicle auctions—both new and used— so that any user can access the purchase of a vehicle without having to pay intermediaries, and the buyer can access more equitable prices than those usually found in the market.
What is the process for completing the paperwork?
Upon verification of the payment, we will proceed to notarize the documents at our Public Notary. The product will be delivered along with all relevant documents and the keys.
What is the expected delivery time for receiving the product after payment has been processed?

The estimated delivery timeframe ranges from 3 to 10 business days.

Can I come and review your inventory?

No, we only do online transactions at the moment.

We do not have a showroom available and the number of employees does not allow us to perform transactions within the warehouse.

What is the cost of registration?
Registration is free.
Why are my ID details needed and how will they be used?
Your ID data is required to verify your identity and issue invoices.

*You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
What happens after the auction ends?
After the auction ends, all participants will receive a notification of the final result. In the “My Control Panel” section, the participant who won the auction will see the won product.
Can I see the offers of other participants?
Being a blind auction, the bids are not visible to other users.
Can I cancel my offer?
Offers cannot be canceled.
How do I pay for the product?
By bank wire transfer to our account within 2 business days of placing your purchase order. In the payment description, you must specify the Wire Reference Number provided.
When will I be able to pick up the product I purchased?
As soon as the documents are prepared, it will go into the READY FOR PICKUP status. The time required for the product to be delivered varies between 2 and 10 days after payment, depending on its location and the speed of preparation of the documents by the supplier.
Can I cancel the product purchase?
No. The user does not have the right to withdraw their bid for the product after the auction has ended. Once the bid is made, the user is legally bound.

If the user refuses to pay for the won product, a penalty will be imposed on him and his account will be blocked. This user will no longer have the right to participate in further auctions. The account can be reactivated only at the discretion of Sky Online Auction and only after the user who violated the agreement has paid all penalties.

Penalties are assessed at 2% of the product's price.
